Refund Policy

At Samavow, we understand our platform handles deeply personal messages, memories, and legacy content. We aim to keep our refund policy fair, transparent, and respectful for all users.

2. Standard subscription refunds

First-time purchases of the Standard monthly subscription may be eligible for a refund if requested within 7 days of the original purchase date. Eligibility may be reduced or denied in cases of substantial platform usage, excessive storage consumption, media uploads, executor invitations, exports, or abuse of premium features.

3. Forever Vault refunds

Forever Vault is a one-time purchase that provides lifetime access to premium features and encrypted legacy storage.

Refund requests for Forever Vault may be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Eligibility may be reduced or denied in cases of substantial platform usage, excessive storage consumption, media uploads, executor invitations, exports, or abuse of premium features.

4. Renewals

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once a new billing cycle has started. To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

5. Usage limitations

Because Samavow provides immediate access to encrypted digital services and storage infrastructure, refund eligibility may be limited after substantial account activity or extensive use of premium features.

6. Exceptions

We may make exceptions in situations involving duplicate charges, verified billing errors, or technical issues that prevented core platform functionality.

Each request is reviewed individually and in good faith.

7. Service availability

While we strive to provide reliable storage and delivery services, Samavow cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or successful delivery in every circumstance.

8. Abuse & chargebacks

Fraudulent, abusive, or repeated refund requests may result in account suspension or permanent access restrictions.
